The chief producer of the upcoming KBS2 Friday-Saturday drama Strongest Deliveryman delivered (unintended pun) the news that Jang Mi-kwan won’t be joining the show anymore following some disagreements while ironing out details.
The model-turned-actor, who gained attention for his portrayal of a masked kidnapper in Strong Woman Do Bong-soon, is supposed to play the role of Oh Jin-gyoo, a second-generation chaebol in this new show.
The chief producer added that they are currently discussing who will replace the rookie actor as they are set to begin filming this week or next week.
Strongest Deliveryman will be co-headlined by Chae Soo-bin and Go Kyung-pyo, and is scheduled to premiere next month.
