Looks like SBS upcoming romcom Temperature of Love will soon complete its main cast with Jo Boa (Monster, Surplus Princess) officially receiving an offer for the second female lead role.
Previously, offers were made for Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim alumni Seo Hyun-jin and Yang Se-jong to lead the drama. While actor Kim Jae-wook (Coffee Prince, Voice) has already been casted as the second male lead.
If she takes on the project, Jo Boa will play as Seo Hyun-jin’s rich frenemy who will fall for Yang Se-jong’s character, a chef and restaurant owner who is the hoobae of entertainment agency CEO Kim Jae-wook. Yes, a complete love square.
I’m pretty excited for Temperature of Love since Seo Hyun-jin is remarkable in Another Oh Hae-young and Jo Boa knows the ropes of romcoms and being an adorable second lead.
Temperature of Love is the TV adaptation of writer Ha Myung-hee’s novel Nice Soup Does Not Answer the Phone (Chakhan Seupeuneun Jeonhwareul Bakji Anneunda). Ha Myung-hee is also the one responsible for dramas High Society and Doctors.
SBS Temperature of Love is slated for a September airing following Falsify.
