Lee Sang-yub (This Week, My Wife Will Have an Affair) and Kim So-eun (Our Gap-soon) are teaming up for the KBS drama special You’re Closer Than I Think.
The upcoming project is a mystery melodrama about a husband’s chase of his runaway bride, who only left a single text message on the day of their wedding. The mystery surrounding the bride will slowly unfold as the husband goes after her.
Kim So-eun confirms that she will play the role of the runaway bride, while Lee Sang-yub is presumed to play the role of the husband. Additional information about the husband say he is a bookstore owner and a part-time independent radio DJ.
You’re Closer Than I Think will be a reunion project for PD Choi Yoon-seok and Lee Sang-yub, who have previously worked together in the 2016 cyborg drama Home Sweet Home.
This drama special will have 10 episodes and is slated to air in September.
