OCN’s newest investigative procedural drama Children of a Lesser God finds its main leads as Kang Ji-hwan (Monster) and Kim Ok-bin (The Villainess) are now officially on board.
Kang Ji-hwan plays the smart and logical investigator Cheon Jae-in who decides to quit the lifestyle despite the fame and prestige, while Kim Ok-bin portrays warm-hearted maknae detective Kim Dan with supernatural ability. Together they will try to uncover an illegal conspiracy within an organization.
PD Kang Shin-ho (The Heirs) will take on the drama’s direction, while writer Han Woo-ri of the popular investigative documentary, SBS’s We Want to Know, will debut in the drama genre as the main writer.
Children of a Lesser God is scheduled to air on OCN’s Saturday-Sunday slot in February 2018 after Bad Guys 2.
