JTBC’s new youth drama Woohoo Waikiki (aka as Eulachacha Waikiki) finalized its cast line-up as Jung In-sun (Circle: Two Worlds Connected), Go Won-hee (Strongest Deliveryman), and Lee Joo-woo (Return of Bok Dan-ji) all confirmed their respective roles. They are set to join the male lead stars Kim Jung-hyun (School 2017), Lee Yi-kyung (Go Back Spouses), and Son Seung-won (Age of Youth).
The comedy drama revolves around the lives of the three men who run a guesthouse named “Waikiki” in Itaewon, where Jung In-sun plays Yoon-a, a mysterious single mother who suddenly appears at the guesthouse.
Go Won-hee will play as Kang Seo-jin, the younger sister of aspiring director Kang Dong-gu (Kim Jung-Hyun), while Lee Joo-woo will be Dong-gu’s model ex-girlfriend Min Soo-a. PD Lee Chang-min (Man to Man, Remember–Son’s War) and writer Kim Ki-ho (Modern Farmer) will lead the production team.
Woohoo Waikiki is set to follow Just Between Lovers on JTBC’s Monday-Tuesday 11pm slot in February 2018.
