Looks like Hymn of Death will be a big reunion.
Actor Lee Sang-yeob (While You Were Sleeping) has officially joined the cast of upcoming SBS two-part series Hymn of Death. He will take the role of Kim Hong-ki, the wealthy fiancée of Yun Sim-deok, Korea’s first famous female soprano which will be played by Shin Hae-sun (My Golden Life).
Previously, Lee Jong-suk (While You Were Sleeping) has confirmed to lead the drama as Kim Woo-jin, the famous playwright and married lover of Yun Sim-deok.
According to reports, Lee Sang-yeob agreed to do the drama after learning that While You Were Sleeping PD Park Soo-jin will take the helm.
Hymn of Death will start filming in mid-April.
