After a series of setbacks, SBS airport-themed drama Yeowoo Gaksibyeol (Fox Bride Star/Star of the Foxes) has finally completed it’s lead stars. Lee Dong-gun (Sketch), Chae Soo-bin (I am Not a Robot) and Kim Ji-soo (Hwayugi) are now confirmed to join Lee Je-hoon (Tomorrow With You) for the said show.
As previously reported, Yeowoo Gaksibyeol will tell the story and hardships of those who work at Incheon Airport. Following some changes, Lee Je-hoon will now play the role of Lee Soo-yeon, a newly hired employee who came from a top university and likes to keep his distance from his co-workers. Chae Soo-bin will take the character of passenger service agent Han Yeo-reum.
Lee Dong-gun will play as the airport’s witty and friendly operation’s manager, Seo In-woo. While actress Kim Ji-soo will portray Yang Seo-gun, the workaholic passenger services manager. Other cast members include Kim Kyung-nam (Come and Hug Me), SF9’s Rowoon (School 2017), and actress Lee Soo-kyung (Father, I’ll Take Care of You).
The new SBS drama is penned by scriptwriter Kang Eun-kyung (Romantic Doctor Kim, Gu Family Book) and will be helmed by Shin Woo-chul (Secret Garden). Yeowoo Gaksibyeol is set to premiere in October following currently airing 30 But 17.
