Lee Seo-jin (Marriage Contract) and Sung Dong-il (Miss Hammurabi) are both reportedly confirmed for the upcoming OCN investigative thriller Trap.
Trap will delve into the life of Korean’s most beloved national anchor Kang Woo-hyun (to be played by Lee Seo-jin) and a tragic situation that will happen to him. He is reportedly living the perfect life – a respected career, happy family, political connections, but loses it all in one sweep.
Meanwhile, Sung Dong-il has signed on to portray the veteran detective Go Dong-kook who will take on Kang Woo-hyun’s case.
The high quality drama will be directed by Park Shin-woo (Into the White Night), and will be written by Nam Sang-wook (TEN).
Trap is scheduled to premiere in the first half of 2019.
