The dramagods are in our favor! Lee Dong-wook (Life) and Yoo In-na (The Lonely Shining Goblin) are now confirmed to star in the upcoming tvN legal romantic comedy Touch Your Heart (working title). Other news outlets identify the drama title as Reach of Sincerity (literal translation), which is actually a popular webtoon of the same name.
Touch Your Heart is about the romance of a hotshot lawyer and a Hallyu actress who disguises as his secretary. Lee Dong-wook is set to play the workaholic attorney Kwon Jung-rok, who considers his work as sacred which makes him popular and credible in his law firm.
Meanwhile, Yoo In-na will portray the actress Oh Jin-sim, who goes by the stage name Oh Yoon-Seo. Known for her poor acting skills, she was forced to retire from the industry after being involved in a dating scandal. And because she is determined to go back to acting, she ends up posing as a secretary at Kwon Jung-rok’s law firm for a few months in order to play the character for a drama project she is eyeing.
The drama will be directed by PD Park Joon-hwa (Why Secretary Kim, Because This Is My First Life), and is scheduled to air in January 2019 on tvN.
