Kim Dong-wook (The Guest), Park Se-young (Money Flower), and Ryu Deok-hwan (God’s Quiz: Reboot) are all confirmed to join the upcoming MBC satirical drama “Special Labor Inspection Team” (literal title).
The drama revolves around the life of former judo athlete Jo Jin-gap (to be played by Kim Dong-wook), who now works as a labor inspector for the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Park Se-young will play the female lead character Joo Mi-ran, a detective and also Jo Jin-gap’s former wife. The ex-couple are still in good terms, and together they will solve a case together.
The drama will be helmed by PD Park Won-gook (Ruler: Master of the Mask) and written by Kim Ban-di (Angry Mom). It will take over MBC’s Monday and Tuesday 10PM time slot after “Item” in April.
