The stars of the 2018 romance drama “Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food” are in talks to reunite again in another project “Spring Night” (literal translation).
Son Ye-jin’s agency MSteam Entertainment and Jung Hae-in’s agency FNC Entertainment have both revealed that their respective actors already received the casting offers for the drama, but nothing has been confirmed for both sides yet.
“Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food” producing director Ahn Pan-seok will take the helm in the drama project, with the script written by Kim Eun.
Spring Night aims to tell the story of a soon-to-wed couple who looks back at their relationship and gets a whole new appreciation for it. Son Ye-jin is reportedly courted to portray the female lead, a local librarian named Lee Jung.
The drama looks to air as MBC’s new Wednesday-Thursday drama in May 2019.
