Kim Hye-soo (Signal) and Ju Ji-hoon (Item) have both confirmed for the upcoming legal drama “Hyena.”
Hyena follows the lives of lawyers representing the top 1% of society in a fierce battle for survival. It aims to portray how these legal counsels will do anything to succeed in their chosen field.
PD Jang Tae-yoo (My Love from the Star, Deep-rooted Tree) is still in talks to direct the drama alongside screenwriter Kim Roo-ri (Ace).
Song Hye-kyo (Encounter) was first offered the lead female role, but she declined.
The drama was originally scheduled to be broadcast on KBS2, but has been moved to SBS. It is tentatively scheduled to air in February 2020.
