The lead cast of cable channel TV Chosun’s upcoming historical fantasy drama “Selection – Girls’ War” (literal title) had been announced.
Kim Min-gyu (Perfume) will play as the King Yi Kyung, a handsome and intelligent royal who dreams of finding true love and has precognitive dreams about one woman. Jin Se-yeon (Item) is confirmed to portray the lead character Kang Eun-bo, a strong-willed lady whose main goal is to become queen in order to find out the truth behind her twin sister’s murder.
Other actors confirmed for the series are Lee Yul-eum, Lee Si-eon, and Do Sang-woo.
The drama will premiere on December 15.
