Namoo Actors’ top stars Lee Joon-gi (Lawless Lawyer) and Moon Chae-won (Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter) have both been confirmed to lead the upcoming tvN thriller “Flower of Evil” (literal translation).
“Flower of Evil” is a suspense romance about a psychopath husband and his detective wife. Lee Joon-gi plays as Baek Hee-sung, a metal craftsman who is also a committed husband and father. He is apathetic, but he is content with his current life. Moon Chae-won will portray the role of the wife, Cha Ji-won, a homicide detective who discovers that her husband is apparently hiding under a different identity, and will search for the truth behind his past.
The drama will be directed by Kim Cheol-kyu (Chicago Typewriter, Mother) and written by Yoo Jung-hee (Naked Fireman).
It will air on the Wednesday and Thursday time slot of tvN starting June 2020.
