Jin Ki-joo (The Secret Life of My Secretary) and Lee Jang-woo (Graceful Family) are both confirmed to be lead the upcoming KBS weekend drama “Oh! Samkwang Villa” (literal title).
The drama will revolve around the people living in a house called Samkwang Villa. Jin Ki-joo leads the pact as Lee Bit Chae-woon, an installer at an interior design shop. Being the breadwinner of her family, she feels burdened by having to support her mother and two younger siblings. Her dream is to become a textile designer and eventually leave Samkwang Villa.
Lee Jang-woo will appear as the architect Woo Jae-hee, an arrogant chaebol son who has been in feud with his CEO father for years. He has been living independently ever since. He will meet Lee Bit Chae-woon at a house remodeling site and the two will bicker endlessly. What’s made it more interesting is that they both end up living in Samkwang Villa.
The drama will be directed by PD Hong Seok-ku (My Only One) and written by Yoon Kyung-a.
Oh! Samkwang Villa is scheduled to take over KBS2’s Saturday and Sunday 19:55 time slot in September previously occupied by “Once Again.”
