Park Bo-young (Abyss), Seo In-guk (Hundred Million Stars From the Sky), Lee Soo-hyuk (Born Again) have been confirmed for tvN’s newest fantasy drama “One Day Destruction Came Through My Front Door” (literal title).
Park Bo-young will take on the role of Tak Dong-kyung, a web fiction writer who lives a quiet and ordinary life until fate turns her life upside down. She enters into a 100-day contract risking her life for the sake of love.
Seo In-guk will play the lead character Myeol-mang (which means “destruction ” or “ruin”), a spiritual being who acts as a middleman between God and mortals. He has been living under a special curse, always putting his love and compassion at the forefront.
Lee Soo-hyuk signs on the role of Cha Joo-ik, the head of the publishing team where Tak Dong-kyung works. He knows how to work his charms against others and is very well-versed in the romance genre.
Joining the main casts are Kang Tae-oh (Run On) and Shin Do-hyun (Into The Ring). Kang Tae-oh will appear as Lee Hyun-kyu, a cafe owner and Cha Joo-ik’s roommate, while Shin Do-hyun signs on the role of web novelist Na Ji-na. Shin Do-hyun’s character will get caught up in a love triangle between Lee Soo-hyuk and Kang Tae-oh.
The drama is written by Im Me-ari (The Beauty Inside), and directed by Kwon Young-il (My Unfamiliar Family, Search: WWW). It will premiere sometime in 2021.
