Honey Lee (The Fiery Priest) and Lee Sang-yoon (VIP) are both confirmed to lead the newest SBS comedy drama “One the Woman” (working title).
Honey Lee will reportedly take on two roles: a corrupt prosecutor named Jo Yeon-joo who tries to regain her memories, and a chaebol family’s daughter-in-law named Kang Mi-na who looks exactly like her. Her amnesia was a result of a car accident while she was chasing a familiar suspect. She then wakes up from coma as the daughter-in-law of BK Group from an arranged marriage.
Lee Sang-yoon will portray the third generation chaebol son, Han Seung-wook, who’s still hung up with his first love.
Kim Ah-joong (Live Up To Your Name) was earlier offered the roles of Jo Yeon-joo and Kang Mi-na, but has declined.
The drama will be directed by Choi Young-hoon (Good Casting, High Society) and the script will be written by Kim Yoon.
“One the Woman” aims to premiere in the second half of 2021.
