Kim Jae-wook, Krystal Jung cast in new romance drama

Kim Jae-wook (Her Private Life) and Krystal Jung (Police University) are both confirmed to star in the upcoming KBS2TV’s drama “Crazy Love” (working title).

Crazy Love will revolve around the “crazy romance” between a top math instructor who pretends to have amnesia after receiving a death threat and his introverted secretary who’s living on borrowed time.

Kim Jae-wook takes on the role of No Go-jin, the country’s best math instructor and CEO of Go Study. Although he only graduated from high school, he became the best instructor with an IQ of 190. He is famous for having good looks, but is often shrugged off by people around him because of his tendency to be narcissistic. However, he will be informed that he will soon be murdered and pretends to have amnesia.

Krystal Jung will play as Lee Shin-ah, No Go-jin’s “zero presence” secretary. She has remarkable sincerity and responsibility when it comes to her employer, but is timid and introverted, which makes her live as if she’s air inside the company.

The drama will helmed by PD Kim Jung-hyun (Jugglers, Fellow Citizens).

Crazy Love will be an original drama from global streaming platform iQIYI. Locally, it will take the Monday and Tuesday slot on KBS 2TV. The drama is scheduled to air in the first half of 2022.
