NCT’s Jaehyun (Dear M) is confirmed to star in KakaoTV’s drama remake of the 2001 award-winning film “Bungee Jumping of Their Own.”
The movie was about a high school teacher named Seo In-woo (portrayed by Lee Byung-hun) who falls in love with the reincarnation of his first love In Tae-hee (portrayed by Lee Eun-joo), who happens to be his male student named Im Hyun-bin (portrayed by Yeo Hyun-soo).
Jaehyun will take on the role of Im Hyun-bin in the drama remake.
The drama remake will be produced by Choi Nak-kwon, who also produced the original film. It will be helmed by Kim Jong-hyuk (Spring Day, Quiz of God: Reboot).
Bungee Jumping of Their Own will have a 25-minute running time for 16 episodes.
Filming will begin in January, and it will stream on KakaoTV in the second half of 2022.
