Park Ju-hyun (Mouse) and Chae Jong-hyeop (The Witch’s Diner) are both confirmed to lead the KBS2 sports romance drama “Going to You at a Speed of 493 km” (literal title).
Park Ju-hyun takes on the role of Park Tae-yang, a former promising badminton athlete and aspiring Olympian who had to leave the sport due to a certain incident. Three years later, she chases her dream once again and joins the badminton works group called Team Eunice.
Chae Jong-hyeop will appear as Park Tae-joon, who considers badminton as nothing but his job. He hopes of living comfortably after retirement, but he got cut from a city team and signs with Team Eunice. He will eventually meet and fall in love with Park Tae-yang.
Going to You at a Speed of 493 km is directed by PD Jo Woong (Justice) while the script is written by Heo Sung-hye (Tomorrow With You).
The drama is scheduled to premiere in the first half of 2022.
