Jang Dong-yoon and Nana are confirmed to star in the upcoming drama “My Man is Cupid“.
The series is a love story between a fairy who will fall in love with an ordinary human after he got struck by his own arrow.
Jang Dong-yoon (Search) is playing the role of fairy Cheon Sang-hyuk, got stuck on Earth after he burned his wings 500 years ago. Throughout the years, he took on 28 different forms to try and recover his lost wings. This fairy is cold to other women because he couldn’t forget his first love but everything change after he accidentally shoots himself with his own arrow.
Starring opposite him is Nana (Oh My Lady Lord) who will be playing the role of veterinary surgeon Oh Baek-ryun. Her beauty makes a lot of men fall for her at first sight. However, she doesn’t want to date because whenever she gets involved with someone they always end up facing a life-threatening situation.
The series will be helmed by director Nam Tae-jin (The Lovers of the Red Sky) and is set the premiere in 2022.
