Jin Goo (A Superior Day), Yang Dong-geun (Cheer Up), Jang Dong-yoon (Search), Kim Jae-hwa (Nothing Serious), Lee Hong-nae (Inspector Koo), Jung Yi-seo (All of Us Are Dead), and Park Ye-rin (Space Sweepers) have been cast in “King of the Desert” (literal translation) according to OTT (over-the-top) platform WATCHA.
King of the Desert is a WATCHA original drama about people who think money is everything versus those who don’t.
WATCHA worked on King of the Desert with writer Kim Bo-tong, who wrote the hit webtoons “Amanza” and “D.P Dog’s Day,” which were both adapted into dramas. Director Lee Tak and production company Gorae Pictures will collaborate with Kim Bo-tong.
Besides being made into a drama, King of the Desert will also be turned into a webtoon.
