tvN finally confirmed the cast line-up for its live-action adaptation of the popular webtoon See You in My 19th Life.
The fantasy series will be headlined by Shin Hae-sun (Mr. Queen) and Ahn Bo-hyun (Adamas) together with Ha Yun-kyung (Extraordinary Attorney Woo) and Ahn Dong-gu (The Law Cafe). The series revolves around a woman who can remember all her past lives.
Shin Hae-sun will breathe into life the webtoon’s main character Ban Ji-eum, who always remembers her past lives for nearly thousands of years. In her 19th life, she decided to reconnect with her childhood friend Moon Seo-ha, who she met in her 18th life but their connection ended in a tragedy. Ahn Bo-hyun will take on the role of Moon Seo-ha, a man who chose to live in solitary after tragically losing his first love, Yoon Joo-won, who eventually gets reincarnated as Ban Ji-eum.
Completing the main characters are Ha Yun-kyung and Ahn Dong-gu who will play the characters of Yoon Cho-won and Ha Do-yoon respectively. Yoon Cho-won is the cheerful younger sister of Yoon Joo-won while Ha Do-yoon is Moon Seo-ha’s secretary and close confidante.
The series is set to premiere in the first half of 2023.
