Kang So-ra (Revolutionary Love) and Jang Seung-jo (The Good Detective 2) are confirmed to lead the upcoming romance series, Can We Be Strangers? (literal translation).
The drama will revolve around a divorced couple who would be brought together again as colleagues in a law firm. The series promises to show relatable issues dealing with romance and the careers of people in their 30s and 40s.
Kang So-ra will take on the role of divorce lawyer Oh Ha-ra, who is nicknamed “the goddess of litigation.” Meanwhile, Jang Seung-jo will play the role of Goo Eun-beom, a lawyer and Ha-ra’s ex-husband who she loathed.
The production of Can We Be Strangers? will be helmed by director Kim Yang-hee and is scheduled to premiere in January 2023 on ENA/Genie TV.
