Choi Jin-hyuk considers possible Ha Ji-won pairing in new MBC drama Hospital Ship

Choi Jin-Hyuk (Tunnel) has been courted to play the male lead role in upcoming MBC medical drama, Hospital Ship. This series will revolve around the lives of people in a ship that sails around island villages to provide medical services.

Hallyu actress Ha Ji-won (The Time I Loved You) has already been offered the female lead and is still considering if she would play the role of resident surgeon Song Eun-jae. Meanwhile, Choi Jin-Hyuk could possibly play the character named Kwak Hyun, a strong-minded physician but is still gentle and considerate. MBC would strike a good pairing for this series if both of them accepts their respective roles.

Hospital Ship is set to air in August, following eccentric serial Man Who Dies to Live.
