Shin Hae-sun (Legend of the Blue Sea) and Lee Tae-hwan (Father I’ll Take Care of You) are recently offered to join Park Shi-hoo (Neighborhood Hero) in his comeback project, My Golden Life.
This is a weekend drama about a woman who will find joy in the little things in life after falling further when given the opportunity to elevate her status.
Park Shi-hoo will play the character of the only son and heir of Haesung Group’s CEO. He is a gentleman with polite manners and chic charisma.
Shin Hae-sun, if she confirms, will take on the role of Seo Ji-ahn, a reliable and competitive contract worker who aims to become a permanent employee. She once lived a princess-like life but everything turned upside down when her father’s business went bankrupt. UEE was first offered this role, but she turned it down.
On the other hand, Lee Tae-hwan is courted to play the role of Sun Woo-hyuk, Seo Ji-ahn’s high school classmate. He is an energetic and brave individual who is running his startup online store business selling DIY furniture for singles.
Writer So Hyun-kyung (My Daughter Seo-young, 49 Days, Twenty Again, Two Weeks) and PD Kim Hyung-seok (Oh My Venus, You Who Rolled In Unexpectedly) are teaming up for My Golden Life that is set to premiere in August on KBS.
