TVING’s highly anticipated drama “Pyramid Game” announces cast

The much-anticipated TVING original series “Pyramid Game” unveiled its impressive lineup of talented actors and actresses. The thrilling drama, based on the popular webtoon of the same name, is set to captivate audiences with its suspenseful storyline and thought-provoking themes.

Pyramid Game” takes place in Baekyeon Girls’ High School, where students are subjected to a unique grading system that involves monthly popularity votes. However, there’s a dark twist to this seemingly harmless routine: any student who receives an F grade becomes the target of brutal school violence.

Stepping into the spotlight as the lead character, Sung Su-ji is WJSN’s Bona (Joseon Attorney). Su-ji, a second-year transfer student, quickly catches up in the vicious pyramid game. Determined to break the cycle and bring justice, she must rally her peers and lead a rebellion against the system.

The drama aims to shed light on the relentless struggle faced by 18 girls as they fight against the rampant school violence plaguing their institution. Joining Bona in this vital mission are several promising rookie actresses who will portray victims, perpetrators, and bystanders in the sadistic game.

Notable names include Jang Da-ah, the older sister of IVE’s Jang Won-young, Ryu Da-in (Crash Course in Romance), Kang Na-eon (Crash Course in Romance), rising star Jung Ha-dam, Shin Seul-gi (Single’s Inferno 2), and Ha Yul-ri (The Red Sleeve).
