Park Ji-hoon (Love Revolution), Kang Min-ah (True Beauty), and Lee Sin-young (Awaken) have been confirmed to lead the drama adaptation of the hit webtoon “Seen from a Distance, Green Spring” (literal translation).
The drama will be a youth romance drama depicting the relatable struggles of college students. Park Ji-hoon will take on the role of freshman Yeo-joon, an attractive wealthy boy who carries an emotional scar.
Kang Min-ah will portray as the hardworking student Kim So-bin while Lee Sin-young will play the straight-A student Nam Soo-hyun.
In 2017, Seo Kang-joon has been offered the male lead role but the drama’s negotiations did not push through.
The drama is in talks to air on KBS in the first half of the year.
